Trek-Tech TrekPod GO PRO Package

The Trekpod Go! is a combination Walking staff, Monopod, and Tripod designed to support cameras, spotting scopes, binoculars, and virtually any tripod-mountable device (lights, mic's, range finders, etc.) up to 9 pounds.

The Trekpod Go! itself weighs 28 ounces with integrated MagMount ball head and extends from 39" to 57.5" when in Tripod mode or from 42.5" to 62.5" in monopod / hiking staff mode. When compared to the original TrekPod, the new TrekPod Go! collapses down to 39" (4" shorter) without taking it apart, yet reaches the same height (57.5") as the original TrekPod. However, when taken apart, the new TrekPod Go! fits into a case that is only 23" in length (13" shorter than the original TrekPod), making it packable in a carry on bag. Like the original, it can support gear up to 9lbs in tripod mode, and up to 200lbs in hiking mode.

Package Includes:
  • TrekPod Go - TrekPod Go! is Trek-Tech's premier monopod/tripod/hiking staff multi-tool which has many new features most requested by our customers, including the ability to pack into its included travel case and fit in a carry-on bag. It also telescopes 4" shorter in the monopod/hiking staff mode, has "soft touch" rubber locking nuts, captures the palm rest so it won't get lost, and introduces the new MagMount AR/i, while retaining all of the original TrekPod's innovative capabilities. TrekPod Go! includes one light force (silver) MagAdapter and one heavy force (black) MagAdapter AR/i with 3mm hex wrench, Safety Clip, and travel case.
  • MagMount AR/i - MagMount™ AR/i is a significant refinement of the industry's first magnetic quick-release camera and optical device mounting system. It provides for the instant attachment of almost any camera, spotting scope or other device that uses the industry standard ¼"-20 mounting stud. The new Anti-Rotation feature locks your portrait shots in place, and indexing every 30° aids with panorama photos and precise position repeatability. For heavier devices, or to facilitate moving or carrying your monopod or tripod with a device attached, you can secure a device to MagMount with the integrated Safety Clip, which docks in the base of the MagMount when not in use. With the Safety Clip in place your device is mechanically locked to MagMount.
  • Vesamount - VersaMount makes your TrekPod an even more versatile tool! VersaMount enables. Macro photography on TrekPod or tripod leg, Seated long-range observation with powerful spotting scopes, Shooting from a seated or kneeling position.
  • VersaRest - VersaRest™ is a premium, lightweight rest which magnetically mounts to any TrekPod or T’Pod on its MagMount. It can be used in conjuction with a conventional tripod or a second TrekPod to add additional stability to "digiscoping" setups, extra-long camera lenses and spotting scopes. VersaRest also magnetically mounts, using its optional mounting adapter for use on any other stabilization system which uses the industry-standard ¼"-20 mounting stud.
