SURROUND Electronic Headsets embody the innovation and high performance that have made Peltor the worldwide leader in communication headsets. This "hearing" hearing protector offers the best of both worlds: Electronic suppression of dangerous impulse noises common to industrial users, along with amplification of ambient surrounding voices, important signals and warnings– a tremendous benefit to hearing-impaired workers. The superior electronics are designed to limit amplified sound levels to 82dB. Two microphones on each cup pick up and reproduce ambient noise in stereo, so you can hear the direction of the sound as well.
