The COMTACTM A-C-H is the 3rd generation of COMTAC Tactical Communication Headsets
from Peltor®. Its new cup profile is designed specifically for the Advanced Combat Helmet
for better fit and improved comfort. Peltor offers COMTAC MICH Kits which are
field-proven, user-preferred substitutes to the existing MICH system. The COMTAC ACH is
the highest-rated (passive) hearing protector available to the Military (NRR 21). The
headset features external microphones for “talk-thru” capability so today’s warfighter can
maintain situational awareness while still protecting their hearing. In the tradition of Peltor
COMTAC headsets, the A-C-H is built to military environmental and ballistic standards to
ensure its reliability in the harsh war environment.
