15 Day Return Policy
Providing quality products to professionals who protect and
serve the public is our core purpose. If you aren’t satisfied
with a newly purchased item, simply return it to us within
15 Days so we
can repair it, replace it, or refund your money.

Returns Authorization number is required, you don’t even
have to call us to return an item! Simply fill in the form
below to request a RMA number.

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes
you were charged (except where an item is repaired and
returned to you). Original shipping charges are non
refundable unless the return is related to our error.

Special order items or items that have been altered,
decorated, engraved, customized, or otherwise embellished at
the request of a customer cannot be returned unless the
return is related to our error.

All clearance items are sold “as is” and cannot be returned.

Many products sold by Botach have manufacturer’s warranties.
For returns relating to matters covered by a manufactures’
warranty, you can contact the manufacturer directly or our
Customer Service Department at 323/294-5555 to coordinate
the repair or return on any such item.
Exchange Policy
If
for any reason during the 15 days period you need to exchange an
item, contact our Customer Service department for a RMA Number.
A shipping charge will be
made for the merchandize you wish to exchange (the fee is
based upon location and the overall weight of the merchandize).
All Returns must be received as shipped - original packaging,
manuals est. Please DO NOT
place labels or any foreign matter on the original manufacture
packaging.
