Created with the help of two career Army officers from Fort Lewis, Washington, the Fort Lewis is the standard that other uniform boots attempt to live up to. Made in the USA and FORSCOM approved. For those looking for the toughest cold weather work boot around, the Ft. Lewis cannot be beat. A Vibram� Dry Ice Compound 1276 Sierra outsole provides slip-resistance in extreme cold. 600 grams of Thinsulate� Ultra insulation offer warmth. A full-grain, all-leather upper and GORE-TEX� lining keep the boot completely waterproof. A Pro-Tec� non-metallic safety toe meets ASTM standard certification and ensures protection around heavy equipment. Danners famous stitchdown construction gives it superior durability and stability underfoot.
