Burris 16x32 Image Stabilizing Binoculars New Burris #300189 Signature Series. The best binoculars ever made are saddled with an unavoidable handicap - and the more powerful the binocular, the bigger the problem. It’s the shakes. Your binocular is going to transmit the slightest hand-held tremor to your magnified image. And that can make it pretty darn hard to discern and inspect the details of a distant trophy. Until now. The Burris Image-Stabilizers contain a revolutionary system of gyro vibration sensors and direct-drive motors to counteract vibration for shake-free viewing even from a moving vehicle, a skittish horse, in high winds, or breathing heavy. Just focus, press the stabilizing button and you’re locked onto the image. After scanning in stabilization mode and finding an area to dissect or trophy to judge, you can enter the "Fine Mode" which even further stabilizes the image for the ultimate in visual acuity. The difference you see is nothing short of phenomenal thanks to the full three degrees of direct drive compensation (roughly 5 times more compensation than others using inferior technology). And although they’re true technological marvels, these aren’t just delicate electronic playthings either. They’re tough-as-nails, waterproof, fogproof optics that will most likely become an indispensable item in your short list of hunting essentials. Although stabilization will dramatically help even poor quality optics, you can expect the normal premium-grade Signature fully multicoated optics and phase correct coatings on the roof prisms for outstanding image rendition and light transmission.
