BodyGlide
BodyGlide is great for running, biking, wetsuits and just about anything active. Body Glide will prevent blisters, chafing, rashes, skin irritations while protecting the skin. BodyGlide comes on a stick, much like a deodorant stick, so your hands don't all messy.
I have personally used BodyGlide on my wetsuit. Using Body Glide on my wetsuits helps getting the wetsuit off, especially nice when time is of the essence like during a triathlon or when I am late for workbecause of my morning workout. BodyGlide definately prevents chafing around the neck and the armpits while wearing a wetsuit. Body Glide is also recommended by wetsuit manufactures as a safe product for wetsuits.
I have also heard customers & athletes use bodyglide on there feet to prevent blisters while runinning. Another use is under bike shorts to reduce those uncomfortable friction spots.
BodyGlide comes in a couple of different sizes as well as one style with SPF protection already built in. BodyGlide with SPF protection is very popular for Triathlons as athletes are exposed to the sun for long periods of time. Another product by Body Glide which I really like is the Body Glide Warm-FX. It is easy to use and great for musle soreness and relief. I especially like using BodyGlide WarmFX prior to working out to warm up my back muscles and leg muscles. BodyGlide Warm FX is also on a stick so your hands don't get all messy and which prevents, for example, you from accidentally rubbing your eyes with muscle warming product.
