The Active Shooter Hallagan Tool™ provides the best of both worlds, combining a non-sparking fork end with our newly redesigned stainless steel wedge and horn. The tempered wedge features counter-angled friction ridges that are specifically designed to grip breaching surfaces securely and provide stability during breaching operations.

Designed with Active Shooter call outs in mind, the counter-angled friction ridges of the Active Shooter Hallagan Tool work to prevent tool slippage and increase bite when breaching even the most robust doors, such as those found in Government and School facilities. For additional safety, the ergonomic handle is designed to ensure proper hand placement and is electrically non-conductive to 100,000 volts AC for protection in dangerous and volatile environments.
