BDS Tactical Large Mountain Ruck


The BDS Tactical Large Mountain Ruck is constructed with 1000 Denier Cordura for strength and durability, because you don't want jeopardize your mission essential equipment with a pack constructed with anything lighter. This RUCK is made to fit the standard ALICE frame (not included).

 


 
 The RUCK main body is 14"x12"x24". Inside the main compartment are two pockets for 100oz hydration bladders and a pouch to hold a large radio. There are routing holes in the back side of the RUCK for the drinking tubes and antennas. The main compartment has a liner with two sync points so you don't have to loosen up the entire pack to get the items you need. The lid of the RUCK is 12"x15" with a zipper on the front for extra storage. The top of the lid has 4 rows of PALS webbing for attaching out RUCK accessory pouches. On the outside there are three (One 9"x9"x4.5" zippered pouch and two 6"x9"x4.5" pouches) accessory zippered pouches with drainage grommets. These pouches are surrounded by PALS webbing for attaching other RUCK accessory pouches or BDS Tactical equipment.

 

 

The Bottom of the RUCK has 3 drainage grommets for excellent drainage and PALS webbing for attaching our Bottom RUCK pouch or other accessories. One of the great features of the BDS Tactical RUCK is that we use 1.5" Side Release buckles to secure the pack rather than 1". Another feature is a heavy duty drag handle that is re-enforced throughout the back of the pack with a loop to secure a carabineer when having to SPIE rig or swim. This loop secures the carabineer in place so it does not drag all over the place. The main pack capacity is 4032 square inches of storage and the entire pack total is 5040 square inches of storage.
